Sometimes we just feel as if we aren't able to complete anything. Maybe we don't even want to put out the effort to make things happen. It could be we are overwhelmed with the seemingly endless things that need to be done, or that we feel we don't have the ability or capabilities to do any of them. Is it laziness? Don't really have a clue as to how to get started?
The longer we let this type of feeling and behavior continue, the easier it is to let it just go on and on. But when that happens we become more negative, we become more frustrated, and, eventually, unhappy. The feeling that life isn't going anywhere, that we are standing still (or worse, going backward) while the rest of the world passes us by. None of these are good feelings.
It's time to get started..
By turning that negativity around, suddenly things seem to be more manageable. As you begin to get things done, you find that it isn't as bad as it had originally appeared. In fact, soon you are realizing that not only aren't you standing still, but you are going forward in a strong and positive manner. The longer the negativity hangs around the stronger it becomes. And the sooner you take action to change your feelings, the quicker your life begins to turn around and become pleasant and happy again.

It doesn't take long to discover that even small steps forward allow you to cover a lot of distance quickly. By starting out with small individual tasks and getting them done, the momentum begins to build faster and faster, until it becomes a habit and procrastination falls away, fear of accomplishment is replaced by satisfaction of complection. And then the negativity decreases as the positive feelings take over, the result is more and stronger feelings of happiness.
